Nike Sportswear revived the famous Galaxy theme on the Nike Air Foamposite One for this new edition released in celebration of the 2018 NBA All-Star festivities. Although new to retail in 2018, the Big Bang Foamposite is actually similar to the original sample colorway of the Galaxy Foams from 2012 once seen on the feet of then Nike Sportswear director Gentry Humphrey. Now dubbed the Alternate Galaxy Air Foamposite, these succeeded in bringing back some of the hype for Foams that have diminished through the years since the original Galaxy colorway was a phenomenon.
